Aims and Scope

The Journal of Digital Pedagogy and Learning Design (JDPLD) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing original, high-quality scholarship on the intersection of pedagogy, learning design, and educational technology. The journal advances scholarly debates and practical inquiries into how instructional strategies and digital tools are designed, implemented, and evaluated within contemporary educational settings.

Aims JDPLD aims to bridge the gap between educational theory and everyday classroom practice by providing a premier platform for educators, instructional designers, and researchers. The journal is committed to fostering an inclusive educational ecosystem by accommodating both localized, foundational classroom research and advanced technological integrations, ultimately shaping the future of effective, adaptive, and inclusive learning.

Scope The journal welcomes contributions from scholars and practitioners across various educational levels and contexts. JDPLD publishes original research articles, comprehensive reviews, and empirical studies encompassing, but not limited to, the following core areas:

Priority is given to manuscripts that provide critical, theoretically informed, and methodologically rigorous analyses, as well as those offering practical implications for educators and learning designers.
